Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on the way.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but stay tuned — we hope to expand soon!


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery. We assess each case individually and will do our best to make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer a formal exchange process. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order through our website and follow the return instructions for the original item(s).

When will I get my refund?
Refunds and exchanges are processed once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow a few business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your payment is processed securely.


Packing Your Return

Please include your original invoice and pack items securely in their original packaging when sending them back.
