Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the original item.

For any damaged or defective items, please reach out to us within 7 days. We assess each case individually and will do our best to make it right.

To initiate a return, please email us at brakacollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before sending the items back.

Please include your original invoice and pack items securely when sending them back.
